Hello and welcome! We are the Buy Nowt LS6 Library of 'Things', a pay-as-you-feel community initiative, created by a group of local volunteers in order to encourage local people to borrow instead of buying the things they need.
Our beliefs & values
At Buy Nowt LS6 we believe we can all make an environmental difference by borrowing instead of buying. Buy nowt! Reduce waste creation, share resources, meet people in your local community and borrow stuff with a pay-as-you-feel donation. Win, win!

We are like a normal library but instead of books, you can borrow items such as:

How to become a member
Membership is easy
- Click the 'Become a Member' button
- Fill in your details
- Click 'Submit'
When you first come in to the library just bring some proof of address in too so we can check it. When making a membership please do consider donating to the library. We are pay-as-you-feel, so we rely on the donations of people like you. If you do decide to, please also save your card details so you can keep donating monthly.
